Context of my piece: I have written this story in response to my daily walks in my hometown in Greece. I am normally based in the UK, however I currently spend time in Greece, where I have set up a schedule of daily night walks. My route includes walking in front of the trunk of a tree, while I have also noticed a bizarre species of fish swimming in the sea nearby. Both the trunk of the tree and the strange fish comprise part of my night walk now, providing light in the dark.
